Popping corn comes in two varieties - mushroom, which pops into ball shapes, and butterfly, which explodes like fireworks into random shapes.

Our popcorn is a carefully-selected blend of the two varieties, to give a perfect balance of taste and texture.

To make your popcorn, heat a little corn or rapeseed oil in the bottom of a large, heavy-based lidded saucepan. Add 2-3 tablesppons of popping corn and replace the lid. Shake the pan gently until you hear the kernels start to pop. Continue shaking until popping stops. Carefully remove lid and pour into large bowl. Sprinkle with salt or sugar, and add melted butter or whatever flavourings you fancy.

Comes carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a sturdy box for safe delivery.
